Market Deli is really nice. The prices for breakfast are very reasonable. I spoke to the man at the deli counter and the cashier. They were both very nice. I only wish they had a place to sit outside. I have to take my coffee and bagel to the East River Esplanade and get a seat. When the weather is very warm I prefer to be in the A.C. I know where to come for the travel size coffee and coffee mate. They have all the old school deli supplies. Great for people that live in the neighborhood. I'm recommending.

Good little deli that's fully stocked and has friendly people! Came here because the 7-11 is going out of business and in short supply, and we needed last minute cream for whipped cream on Thanksgiving. The people were friendly and I could tell they even made little thanksgiving platters for customers as well.
Best roast beef sandwich in the city for $7.00. Always the best cut of prime rib. Their watermelon, honey dew and cantaloupe are ripe and plentiful for the money. Prices are low for Upper East Side. Delicious shrimp salad comes in on Wednesdays, large and succulent. Mini meatballs and traditional tuna, egg and chicken salad are always fresh and tasty. If you are one who craves incomparable freezing, arctic-type temperature beer, Sprite, and other 2 liter sodas that really refreshes, Market Diner is like no other. It seems to be the place that has everything and is a 5 star winner!
